Administrative writing and management: MINTP trains its senior staff

Posté le : déc. 20, 2013, Par : mesp23 - Dans : en-Actualités

From 2 to 6 December 2013, some forty senior staff of the Ministry of Public Works (MINTP) received two
trainings on “techniques and practice of administrative writing” and on “ the new State’s financial regime”. The training took place at the National School of Administration and Magistracy (ENAM).

The opening ceremony was presided over by Mr. Moulouck Jean Théophane, Head of the Training Unit at the
Ministry of Public Works, in the presence of Mrs. Nsa’a Mambo Marie, Technical Adviser at ENAM, representing the Director of the institution. Mr. Moulouck called on the participants to be responsible and hard-working so as to improve their professional output, especially in the management of administrative correspondences
as well as in transparency and efficiency in the management of financial resources. For the Technical Adviser of ENAM, “the option taken by the Minister for Public Works to better equip his collaborators in the above domains is pertinent and timely”.

Thus, during the five day seminar, the participants from the central and deconcentrated services of Mintp
were schooled on techniques to understand the different notions which will contribute to increase efficiency in order to better satisfy the needs of users.

This series of training started by Mintp will be continued from 9 to 13 December 2013 with «Management ». It
will round up with the award of end of training attestations to participants.
