C’est au cours d’une descente effectuée par le Directeur Général des Travaux d’Infrastructures , Madame Virginie LEKEUFACK, le 08 novembre 2019 que l’on a pu observer que les travaux de construction de la section NKOLESSONG –NDING s’intensifie l’objectif de l’entreprise est de livrer l’ouvrage d’ici le décembre 2019. S’agissant  précisément des travaux en cours, l’on note qu’il s'agit entre autre de l'aménagement des amorces, l'exécution des Travaux d'assainissement au PK 70+900, la pose des bordurettes aux Points kilomètre 70+ 700 et 70+940. Sur la bretelle NANGA EBOKO- BIFOGO, 1,6 Km de couche de fondation a été réglé et approvisionner en gravé latérique, dont reste 4,400 Km. Au terme de la visite de ce lot, Madame Virginie LEKEUFACK, Le Directeur Général des Travaux D'Infrastructures (DGTI) a eu une séance de travail à la base vie de l'entreprise adjudication du marché, la China International Water and Electric Corp (CWE) en présence de BEC la ROUTIERE qui assure la mission de contrôle et du LABOGENIE qui veille sur le contrôle géotechnique et l'entreprise elle-même. Après quelques observations des ingénieurs de suivi du Maître d'ouvrage, l'entreprise à exprimer ses attentes, celles concernes principalement, le payement des décomptes, nécessaires pour mener les travaux à leur terme d'ici à la fin d'année 2019.

Sur la section  NDING – MBAGBA la cadence des travaux est différente

En dépit d'une faible intensité d'activité sur cette section de route en construction longue  de 40,461 Km, le taux d'avancement d'exécution physique en ce début Novembre 2019 est de 51,55 par rapport au marché de Base et les travaux supplémentaires. Sur cette partie du chantier, la visite du DGTI, a permis de constater que la couche de fondation est réalisée sur 41 km, 31 km de la couche de base et déjà 4 km du bitume. Outre l'aménagement de 40,461 Km entre Nding et Mbgaba, ce tronçon de la Nationale N°1 comprends également des infrastructures connexes notamment : 1,25 Km de la voirie de Minta et le prolongement du Mbgaba-Mbet 9 km. Au cours de la concertation ayant réuni la missions de contrôle assurée sur ce projet par Louis berger S.A.S Cameroun, BUNS SARL l'entreprise adjudicataire et le maître d'ouvrage représenté par le Directeur des Investissements Routiers, des nombreuses contraintes ont été mis sur la table de discussion. Il s'agit du paiement des décomptes en instance au fonds routier qui permettra aux acteurs en charge de la réalisation du projet de se mobiliser d'avantage en matériel et en personnel, la facturation des travaux exécutés par l'entreprise BUNS SARL depuis le 10 septembre. Des préoccupations notées avec le plus grand soin. Car selon Simon Pierre Mbousnoum  le Directeur des Investissements Routiers, le maître d'ouvrage entend finir les travaux de cet axe routier.

After some observations from the monitoring engineers of the project owner, the company expressed concerns over the payment of accounts, necessary to complete the work by the end of the year 2019.

On the section NDING - MBAGBA the rate of the works is different
